Kumawood star Lil Win has revealed that a recent DNA test proved he is not the biological father of a child he has raised for almost 10 years. The actor urged others in similar situations not to react with anger.

Ghanaian comic actor and filmmaker Kwadwo Nkansah, widely known as LilWin, has stunned fans with a deeply personal revelation. During a live broadcast on TikTok, the Kumawood star disclosed that a recent DNA test confirmed that one of the children he believed to be his for nearly a decade is not biologically related to him.

Despite the shocking discovery, LilWin stated that he did not respond with anger or resentment. "There is one child among my children whom I have fathered for about 10 years, but the child is not mine," he shared with his followers. He explained that he had long suspected the child might not be his, so the confirmation did not come as a total shock. The actor initially considered sharing the DNA test results and photographs of the child publicly, but was advised against it by his colleague, actor Kwame Gee.

Using his experience as a teaching moment, LilWin encouraged other parents who might face similar situations not to react emotionally or aggressively. "I want to tell everyone that if the same thing happens to you, don't get angry about it because, at the end of the day, in one way or another, we still take care of other people's children," he noted, adding that he already supports widows and runs a school where he cares for many children.
